  • About Ballyclare Golf Club

  • Originally formed in 1923, Ballyclare Golf Club has since established itself as one of the foremost golf courses in Northern Ireland. Located in the Antrim Hills just outside the market town of Ballyclare this beautifully matured course with tree lined fairways is a challenging and entertaining par 71 6339 yards 18 hole parkland course. Ballyclare is characterised by cunningly placed sand traps and strategic use of natural water hazards – the Ilsekelly river meanders through the course and there are two ponds between the third and seventh fairways. Off the course, you will find excellent golf facilities and a superb clubhouse. Tuition is available from the club professional Colin Lyttle. Practice facilities are also provided with a new driving range to be built in the near future. Inside the clubhouse, you can catch up on some of life’s pleasures by relaxing in the bar or restaurant. In addition to a great selection of wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks, you will also find a wide choice of food from tasty bar snacks to superb three course dinners. You can always bank on friendly and efficient service – and there’s always a warm welcome throughout the year. Our facilities are ideal for golf societies, corporate golf days or business events.
